Hi guys welcome back to my blog.Today I will be talking to you about a fitness circuit.Every week we timetable and on the timetable we have: Maths workshop,maths task,reading workshop,Literacy task,writing workshop and fitness.For fitness all of us have made a fitness circuit in our PBL groups.In my circuit have included a lot of things including: Bur-pees,Football and rugby.I really enjoyed making this and cant wait to make another.Well that's the end for this blog with a question.Have you ever made a fitness circuit and done it? Hi William I've taken a look at your fitness routine and it is really good to keep fit if you do it every day. Maybe if you don't have enough people to football/rugby you could set up cones to dribble and run around. Ben
